We have owned and cared for our 4 buildings for just over 18 years. Al has 40 years of experience in the residential building industry. We have used his skills to upgrade and remodel apartments as they become available between tenants. Cindy has spent most of her career in business management and understands the importance of clear, timely communication. Together we enjoy working with our topnotch tenants and meeting vibrant new applicants. Our tenant retention rate runs at about 80%. Each building has its own character, apartments vary in size.
